Genna Hill has had an unusually nuanced real estate career. After several years as a traditional Broker, she began representing developments almost exclusively and has worked with an expansive list of Chicago most notable Luxury Developers. She has worked on over 24 developments in her career and has managed sales and sales teams representing well over a $1B worth of real estate. In recent years, her career has evolved into residential real estate development consulting. She is currently consulting on the exquisite development located at 2350 North Orchard in Lincoln Park, and as part of ownership the 438 Saint James Place development a thoughtfully designed contemporary boutique building in East Lincoln Park, a one-of-a-kind universal living development in Edgewater, and a luxury condo development in the Detroit metro area and a sister high-rise development on the East coast, totaling over one billion dollars of real estate to be sold in the next five years. ​
